Publication Procedure

  1. Estimate

    UGM Digital Press Conference Proceedings is a publication platform that allows conference organizers to publish presented manuscripts that can be available online and in paper. The first step to publication is through a process of requesting a quote on https://digitalpress.ugm.ac.id/request-a-quote. UGM Digital Press will be in corresponding with conference organizers for further details regarding publication. All conferences organizers who are in charge with the submission of manuscripts must adhere to the guidelines provided by UGM Digital Press Conference Proceedings. Should there be a technical problem when requesting a quote or matters related to submission, please contact UGM Digital Press administrators for further assistance at digitalpress@ugm.ac.id

  2. Agreement and Guidelines

    Our team will review the details of the conference and sign a Publishing Agreement to the Organizer if the quote has been agreed. The Organizers that are interested in submitting their conference proceedings paper to the UGM Digital Press should read The Guidelines for Organizer, and provide the authors with The Author Guidelines.

  3. Submission

    Authors submit their documents to the conference organizers. After all documents has been peer-reviewed, the conference organizer submit the papers to UGM Digital Press in one batch. UGM Digital Press team will run the preliminary review and run the plagiarism check.

  4. Billing

    After all documents has been supplied and pass the review, We will send the organizer a final publication agreemnt. Once the agreement has been returned, the organizer will receive a publication invoice.

  5. Production

    We process all the documents without delay and the documents will be available online within three months of us receiving the contributions. The organizers will be supplied with PDF proofs of the cover. Authors and organizers are requested to ensure all submissions are adequately checked prior to submission as article proofs will not be sent.
